1. Product Use
The Juto Slow Cold-Pressed Juicer is designed for household use only. You agree to use the Product in accordance with the user manual and safety guidelines. Misuse, including improper handling, water exposure, dropping, or modification of the juicer, may void your warranty and is not covered under our return policy.
2. Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering mechanical malfunctions due to normal use. This warranty does not cover water damage, accidental drops, misuse, or cosmetic issues. Warranty claims must be submitted through our support team and require the Product to be sent in for evaluation at the customer’s expense. If a claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no charge. Refunds are not guaranteed.
3. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We prioritize repair or replacement over refunds. For warranty claims, please contact us for troubleshooting first. If the issue is not resolved, you may send your Product in for evaluation, and we will assess if it qualifies for repair or replacement under our warranty.

Juto and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our Product. Your use of the Product is at your own risk.
