Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to remove skin or seeds before juicing?

For most fruits and vegetables, you can leave the skin on  just make sure to wash thoroughly. However, remove thick or bitter skins like oranges, lemons, pineapples, or pomegranates, as well as hard pits from fruits like peaches or cherries. The JUTO Juicer is designed to handle soft seeds (like from watermelon or cucumber) easily.

2. Do I have to slice fruits and vegetables before juicing?

Yes. For the best performance, slice your produce into smaller pieces (especially beets, carrots, and apples). This helps your juicer extract more juice smoothly and prevents clogging.

3. What’s the difference between a JUTO cold-pressed juicer (masticating) and a centrifugal juicer (fast juicer)?

Cold-pressed juicers use slow, powerful pressure to extract juice without heat or oxidation. This keeps more nutrients, enzymes, and flavor intact.
Centrifugal juicers spin at high speeds, creating heat and friction that can break down nutrients faster and result in shorter shelf life.
In short cold-pressed = maximum nutrition and freshness.

4. How easy is it to clean the JUTO Juicer?

Very easy. The JUTO was designed for quick cleanup; simple parts that rinse and brush clean in seconds. Most users can disassemble, rinse, and reassemble in under 2 minutes.

5. Are the JUTO juicer parts dishwasher safe?

We recommend handwashing for longevity, but most detachable parts (like the auger, juice cup, and pulp container) are top-rack dishwasher safe on low heat.

6. What is a JUTO cold-pressed juicer and what are the benefits of cold pressing?

A cold-pressed juicer uses slow squeezing technology to extract juice without heat. The benefits include:

Up to 40% more juice yield

Higher nutrient and enzyme retention

Less foam and oxidation

Longer shelf life (up to 3 days when refrigerated properly)

7. What types of produce can my JUTO juicer handle?

The JUTO Cold Press Juicer works great with a wide range of produce from crisp apples and juicy pears to leafy greens, citrus fruits, and root vegetables.
For hard produce like beets, carrots, or apples, chop into smaller pieces before juicing to ensure smooth operation and prevent clogging.
When juicing soft fruits  add a few pieces of harder produce afterward to help push the pulp through.
Always remove hard seeds and thick skins like pineapple skin or mango pits before juicing for the best results.

8. How do I clean my JUTO  juicer?

Disassemble the juicer immediately after use.

Rinse all parts under warm water.

Dry all parts completely before reassembling.

For soft fruit pulp buildup, remove the small black rubber plug near the pulp outlet before rinsing.

9. How do I assemble my JUTO juicer?

10. What should I do if the juicer is clogged?
