Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of the Juto Slow Cold-Pressed Juicer and offer a 1-year limited warranty for any mechanical malfunctions that may occur during normal use. This warranty covers issues such as a non-functioning motor or internal parts that prevent the juicer from operating properly. However, it does not cover damage caused by dropping the juicer, water damage, misuse, or cosmetic wear and tear. If you experience a mechanical issue, please contact us first for troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, you will be required to send your juicer in for evaluation (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). Upon inspection, if the issue is confirmed to be a mechanical defect, we will repair or replace the necessary parts at no additional charge. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed; our priority is to provide repair or replacement under the warranty terms.
