How to Make ABC Cubes

 

 

Step 1: Prep



Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel the beets and cut apples, carrots, and beets into pieces that fit easily into your juicer.



Step 2: Juice



Using a cold-press juicer, juice the apples, beets, and carrots together until smooth and vibrant in color.



Step 3: Freeze



Pour the fresh juice into silicone ice cube trays. Freeze until solid (about 4–6 hours or overnight).



Step 4: Store



Once frozen, transfer cubes to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag. Store for up to 2–3 months.





How to Use ABC Cubes

  2. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the cubes
